PlanktonPunkt Designs failed the July 4th sale because of my bureaucratic error, so I’d like to apologize the inconvenience to any US person who were disappointed about the lack of access last weekend.
My shop on Etsy is back on, with 25% sale within United States extended to July 16th as a minor compensation for the inconvenience.
This 4th of July is 250th Anniversary for USA, so I though to set up a sale for my US customers.
Traditional mathematics may not recognize 250% price cut, but lil’ PlanktonPunkt has a solution: 10 days x 25% sale sums to 250?

Been busy with PlanktonPunkt Designs, trying to optimize my tags for Etsy (and Amazon) SEOs. That is surprisingly heavy work with uncertain results, but obviously my previous tags did not work since almost nobody visited my listings.
While searching for words people might be interested in, I noticed eucalyptus having sufficient number of fans to show up in searches. Also, insulated coffee mugs. So I made eucalyptus art. And recycled my design onto multiple items, including insulated coffee mugs.
While working on that, my print provider advertised a multi-item listing for themed items and of course I had to try it. Long story short, I now have a 5-item listing of desk mats (three sizes), a spiral notebook, mobile phone stand, a black ceramic mug (two sizes) and a black insulated mug, all with maximalist eclectic Summer Eucalyptus art based on a photo of an eucalyptus blooming in California summer. At least I hope it qualifies as maximalist and eclectic, but I could not define the style any better. At least I like the image, so there is that.
I have posted the multi-item listing on Etsy, and it is now available for US customers. I don’t dare to even contemplate Amazon, and I have not yet explored the multi-item option (if any) for Printify pop-up store.

Some subset of my print on demand items are now on sale also in Amazon USA (sorry, still no overseas selling.) My Amazon listings mainly limited to enamel mugs and ruled-line notebooks, but there are a couple of other items like mobile phone stands.
Since there is no shop as such and I don’t know how to search PlanktonPunkt Designs on Amazon (and therefore suspect that no one else even bothers to try), I’ll be posting every now and then links to individual products. Technically, those should be searchable, but I think their commercial presence will be drowned like a mosquito whine on hurricane. Nevertheless, I’ll try not to bore you too much with crass commercialism but to keep it light among my postings.

Looks like people do not want any. I had some for sale on consignment since September 2025 in two shops and only 3 of 12 in one of them sold. I will be getting a payment for the three and the unsold items back. I’ll discover what happens with the other shop on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, I need to figure out what to do with the 9 and the rest of the unsold stock. Rather demoralizing, but a learning experience, I suppose.

And yet again I am testing if a promotion or sale would bring my first online customer in (ordering products myself does not count.) This time Black Friday Weekend Sale of PlanktonPunkt Designs items on my sales channels in Etsy (25% off) and in Printify (most items 25% off – those where the profit margins were under 25% were not eligible.) Unfortunately, for bureaucracy reasons, in United States only 😦
The sale will run through Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, the First Sunday of Advent and Cyber Monday.
I had an internal debate over Thanksgiving Thursday and earlier but then thought that people should concentrate on Thanksgiving – commercialism can wait until the Black Friday (I may be an antiquated fossil on this.) I also had an internal debate over having a sale the First Sunday of Advent, which traditionally has been a church holiday and a Sunday to the boot, but then I remembered how I had enjoyed the Christmas shopping on advent Sundays over the years, so why not?

Time flies when you are busy, and I realized that the SIngles Day is just behind the corner and my online sales channels were totally unprepared. More importantly, tomorrow is Veterans Day in United States, so to celebrate the Veterans Day and to have a Singles Day sale, I have 11% off my listings on 11/11/2025, both in Printify and on Etsy (the sale on Printify might run to 12th, I was not sure about the settings.)

If you are bored with the selection available in local shops but do not want to pay for specialty sodas, you can always mix juice concentrate into carbonated water. Additionally, this does not require any complicated equipment so it will work in economic crises (such as we are currently living) and more advanced SHTF circumstances.
